Herlihy – Chairman BA (UNSW) David Herlihy was appointed Chairman of Mosaic Oil in September 2006, having served on the Board as a Director since February 2006. An experienced director and business professional, his Board and corporate advisory responsibilities have covered public, government, "not for profit" and private enterprise following a successful career in capital markets with an emphasis on debt/equity markets. Among the diverse range of directorships he has held over the past three decades, David is a former Chairman of the State Transit Authority of NSW. He concurrently holds directorships on several other Boards including representation of international, private and publicly listed entities. David has purchased 100,000 fully paid shares and 50,000 May 2009 options, and holds 1,000,000 ctg shares as part of the Company Employee Share Scheme. |
